Real Brides: Marisol

Tim and I met while doing our undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine back in 2010. As soon as I saw him walk into our Spanish class, I was intrigued and knew I wanted to get to know him better. What started as a friendship over study sessions and college parties soon developed into a wonderful relationship. We have since been together, got through graduate school together and are now living in Los Angeles with our two fluffy cats. While dress shopping, I thought I had found “the dress” but I wanted to keep searching because for some reason I didn’t feel 100% sure of my decision. I decided to go to one more bridal salon so once I walked into Mon Amie and put the Moonlight dress I knew something was different and this was it! When I put the dress on, I just felt like myself, but better! I couldn’t stop smiling and instantly felt like a bride! Feeling sexy, confident and elegant were the top 3 things I was looking for in a dress and I felt so beautiful and happy in my dress. Photo by Kylie and Company Photography
