Real Brides: Jestene

My husband and I met online. It was truly Devine timing. He lived in another state for anesthesia school and during the one week he was back home in California, we connected. I was graduating nursing school during this same week so I had free time to actually go on a date. Our first date was his birthday! From our first date forward, we were inseparable.

I tried on 7 dresses the day of my dress appointment. Nothing made me cry. Nothing gave me the joy I didn't know I was searching for. That was until I put on dress #7 and it was truly THE ONE. It was instant joy and tears for myself and the entire room of women I had the pleasure of having with me that day. The cherry on top was that the underlay color was named “latte” and the way to my husband's heart is through coffee!

My dream dress was purchased at the cutest small town boutique named Isabella Bridal in Kingsburg, California. Which is my hometown growing up so everything just felt so right. The owner, Paiton Lackey, made the entire visit so fun and comfortable!
