Real Brides: Alex

I met my husband at work in 2014. We both worked in the marketing department, side by side. We hit it off right away and our friendship quickly blossomed. I like to think our spontaneity and love of sarcastic one liners brought us together. He truly is my best friend. Our relationship is built on that, and it’s a special feeling to have. I knew I needed a dress just as special once we began the wedding planning process! I found my dress at Mon Amie Bridal (the same place my mom found hers years before). It was a Moonlight Bridal trunk show and the designer was there through the entire process. I tried on about 12 dresses that day, but once I put this beauty on I knew I was done looking. It was detailed, feminine and everything I wanted in a wedding gown. I felt sexy yet subtle and knew my future husband would melt when he saw me in it.
